Estimate the mixing parameters for a two-population metapopulation model (i.e. Beta_Pop1, Beta_Pop2, Beta_Pop1*Pop2). Model currently fits timeseries data from pre-vaccination COVID in Fall 2020 in Whitman Co., WA (focusing on the town of Pullman).
