This dataset contains comprehensive information on patients diagnosed with, tested for (positive or negative), encountered/visited for, vaccinated/immunized against, or recorded as deceased from respiratory viruses including Covid-19, Flu, and RSV, as well as viral pathogens including HIV and HCV, at the PRISMA Health system from January 2016 to the present. This dataset captures encounter/visit-level data for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department encounters. It includes variables such as demographic information, comorbidities, procedures, test results, vaccination records, and vital sign records, insurance information, and for the patients included.
