Agent-based model ranging from single-community, state, region, or full (~300M) US population with individual transmission in multiple mixing groups during each 12-hour timestep. Original (2006) model based upon 2000 Census demographics and workflow data, with enhanced school and workplace models subsequently added. EpiCast 2.0 (arXiv:2504.03604) includes new synthetic population generation (UrbanPop) and cleaner user interface.
