EpiENGAGE enhances analytic tools and partnerships to strengthen local and state public health agencies’ readiness for future pathogen threats. They scale proven outbreak response tools, improve outbreak detection, tracking, forecasting, and response, and develop training to boost analytic skills and integrate forecasting into emergency operations. They recently developed a nowcasting tool that is integrated into the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s respiratory illness dashboard.
