  • STLT Outbreak and Analytics Response (SOAR)

SOAR is a public health analytics platform developed by International Responder Systems that helps STLT agencies rapidly monitor, model, and forecast infectious disease trends using integrated, open-source data. It turns real-time and predictive analytics into clear, actionable insights that support faster, more informed outbreak response and decision-making.

  • SOAR Video Tutorials

A series of video tutorials that provide step-by-step guidance on how to optimize SOAR’s various features and functionalities to support effective public health decision-making. These videos will be embedded within the SOAR platform and are currently available on International Responder Systems’ YouTube channel.

  • SOAR Demo

Discover how SOAR can enhance public health surveillance and outbreak response through a live demonstration featuring a step-by-step walkthrough of the platform’s forecasting, alerting, and analytics capabilities, hosted by public health experts at International Responder Systems.

  • Mastering SOAR: An online platform for Public Health Surveillance, Forecasting and Outbreak Response.

This course is a self-paced, asynchronous training series designed to engage new SOAR users through hands-on demonstrations and guided instruction, participants will learn how to navigate SOAR, interpret disease nowcasts and forecasts, evaluate forecasting models, configure outbreak alerts, and use advanced surveillance and genomic analysis tools to support evidence-based public health decision-making and outbreak response.…

  • epiworld: Fast Agent-Based Epi Models

A flexible framework for Agent-Based Models (ABM), the ‘epiworldR’ package provides methods for prototyping disease outbreaks and transmission models using a ‘C++’ backend, making it very fast. It supports multiple epidemiological models, including the Susceptible-Infected-Susceptible (SIS), Susceptible-Infected-Removed (SIR), Susceptible-Exposed-Infected-Removed (SEIR), and others, involving arbitrary mitigation policies and multiple-disease models. Users can specify infectiousness/susceptibility rates as…
